Harmonicas are guaranteed to be in tune and free from manufacturing defects at the time of purchase.
Once received, harmonicas cannot be returned once they have been played unless there is a tuning problem, or they suffer from a manufacturing defect. If this is the case they should be returned after contacting Harmonicas Direct, within fourteen days, either by telephone or e-mail, for repair, replacement or refund.

Harmonicas are subject to wear and tear, the stresses of playing and may eventually loose their pitch or go out of tune.
The longevity of a harmonica and it's playing response is often effected by a player's style and playing technique. Some players manage to 'blow out' a harmonica within weeks, while some can enjoy years of trouble free playing. Therefore, it is impossible to put a minimum playing life on a harmonica, although Harmonicas Direct would consider the matter if it was agreed the harmonica had failed prematurely.

The customer has the right to cancel the order if it has not been processed and despatched .
